Shallots Cooking School needed to automate their operations to increase efficiency and wanted to include a presence in the Nugget Markets website.
Cirkadia created a web-based administration system with comprehensive capabilities for Class Schedules & Rosters, Mailing Lists and Account Management with online Credit Card Transactions and Sales Analysis.
The administration system seamlessly handles the many complexities and exceptional cases including gift certificates, discounts, class assistants, student's guests, cancellations and refunds, etc.
It also serves as an authoring capability for the Shallots portion of the website, which lists all classes and class series, winemaker's dinners, instructors and their recipes and allows secure online registration via a custom shopping cart.
The system is a complete solution for managing a busy cooking school.
