Vendor Selection

To support membership growth and provide better services to members, the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors (NSCAR) needed to eliminate the inefficiencies of maintaining information on multiple systems.

Cirkadia was engaged to provide strategic IT direction, perform vendor selection of real estate management software and create a new and contemporary online presence.

The solution needed to integrate with SUPRA KEY, the California State Association and the National REALTOR® Data System (NRDS), plus be supported by an open database, so that Cirkadia could integrate custom systems with the same data.

Following detailed vendor evaluation and interview, Cirkadia recommended Rapattoni Magic, a system designed specifically for real estate associations automating such functions as billing, accounts receivable, committee management, PAC contributions, education course tracking, and reporting to the state and national associations of Realtors®.

Online Presence

NSCAR also wanted to update their online presence. Working with our local design partner, Studio 66, we created a visually clean and sophisticated design appropriate for an informational site.

Additionally, behind-the-scenes, a lot of effort was placed to provide a sophisticated set of features including:

  • Content Management System with separation of Author, Approver and Publisher roles.
  • Portal onto the Rapattoni database for Events and Realtor Roster information.
  • Integration with Inman News.
  • Local Weather information from weather.com XML feeds.
  • Members Only area with custom functionality closely integrated with standard Rapattoni capabilities. A single Logon to both systems and a seamless user experience both visually and with common navigation make the integration the closest ever achieved with the Rapattoni software.
