Credit Bureau Associates
Credit Bureau Associates (CBA) had a requirement to leverage raw eviction research data in order to streamline eviction inquires for their clients. Data security was a priority, given the sensitive nature of the data.
We created a database design that would optimize disk storage and query performance for several million rows of data.
Import of the raw data involved both structural normalization, extensive data cleaning and integration with a third party database of US city/zip information. Administrative functions were created to allow CBA staff to define clients, import data updates and export to QuickBooks for billing and accounting.
The final piece of the system was a web-based interface for CBA clients to request reports and obtain results in real-time. Clients can also see their query history, view and print results again and manage their own authorized logins.
Cirkadia managed all technical aspects of the project, including hosting, vendor liaison, third party data selection and integration.

Credit Bureau Associates provides credit reporting and collection services to credit grantors locally and nationally. The Credit Bureau was founded in 1947 and is active in community organizations and industry associations.
The staff of 36 employees provides more than 25,000 consumers and business credit reports a month and recovers outstanding accounts for more than 550 clients.
